Neighbors in Flight
Neighbors in Flight (NiF) is a collaborative initiative between Trinity Episcopal Church and Takoma Elementary School (TES), designed to support Falcon families and strengthen community ties. Guided by TES’ slogan, “Together We Lift Every Falcon,” the program provides winter coats, year-round school supplies, and financial contributions to address urgent needs. Trinity also offers pastoral and counseling support through the Imago Counseling Center and Rev. Shayna Watson, ensuring staff and families have access to spiritual and emotional resources. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to neighborhood care, symbolized by the Falcon mascot and the school’s blue and gold colors, fostering a thriving, connected community.
